An April Day in Our Garden


Was wandering round the garden - well, as much as you can in an 'in the sky' fourth floor terrace apartment garden, and was yet again compelled to get the camera out ...





.. to catch some of the pretty much unplanned radiant beauty there!

    If you were in the garden and all the plants were dead there would still be radiant beauty there.

    Wow, if that is a terrace garden - congratulations - I had a terrace garden in Manila in the 70's - yours is better.

    hey anon

    as you probably know i go to manila quite a lot - so you were there in the 70s - lucky you - i only started my journying there in the 90s

    where did you stay? i fluctuate between makati and ermita - the latter area has changed so much - with the 'clean-up' under-taken by the mayor of manila - courageous to do - i bet there was a lot of crabbiness from those with vested interests in the sex trade

    yeah, we're pretty lucky to have such a larger area for an apartment - we're on the podium level and with some other units take up the free area of the lower floors that is eliminated going into the tower itself. a 30 metre pool takes up a bit more of that space
